About The Position
Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Team Lead to help run store shifts in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly and delivering excellent customer experiences. The position offers flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $15 per hour with the opportunity for an increase with training, paid training and leadership development, and opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or beyond. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees. The stores are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
