About The Position
Team Honey Badger is hiring motivated Team Leads for its local Domino’s stores. The Team Lead is the go-to person on shift, helping keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay starting at $14 per hour with opportunities for increases through training, paid training and leadership development, and advancement opportunities. Full benefits and a 401(k) are offered to full-time employees. Team Honey Badger promotes from within, and this role can lead to Assistant Manager, General Manager, or other opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to run a shift at least three times per week.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but are limited.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and motivate team members.
- Ensure outstanding customer service.
- Help make pizzas and prepare food.
- Handle cash and basic store operations.
