About The Position

The Inside Team Member receives and processes customer telephone orders, enters orders into the computer, prepares products, and supports store operations. The role also includes stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, cleaning equipment and facilities, greeting guests, handling cashier responsibilities, and bringing Carside Delivery orders to customers. Team members are expected to work well with other team members and store management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills to make change on the spot.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Enter customer orders into the computer for processing.
• Stock ingredients to and from storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities.
• Greet guests and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Run Carside Delivery orders out to customers.
• Work well with other team members and store management.
