About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, profitability, and customer relations. The assistant manager sets an example for the crew, follows company policies and procedures, and expects the crew to do the same. The role involves working well with team members and other store management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Should possess some supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew and follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the crew does the same.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and adherence to company standards as needed.
• Provide great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, and arrange transportation to and from work.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
