About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a Domino’s franchise group with 148 stores across 10 states, is hiring an Assistant Manager for restaurant management. The role supports the Store Manager in restaurant operations and includes leading and developing team members, ensuring customer service and food standards, and helping manage staffing, inventory, cash handling, profitability, and sales. The position is described as full-time, with a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week and a growth path to General Manager. Pay is $17 per hour with growth potential and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
