Requirements

Knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products.
Ability to handle money, process credit and debit card payments, make change, and follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
Ability to provide guest recommendations and respond to questions about potential food allergens.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge guests, and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
Accurately total orders, process payments, and collect payment from guests using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, process credit and debit card payments, and make change in compliance with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products and make recommendations that fit guests' needs, including when asked about potential food allergens.
Help create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
Uphold company safety and health standards.
