About The Position

Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at Birchwood Mall is seeking an energetic and reliable Shift Manager to help keep store operations running smoothly during a shift while providing great customer service. The role supervises daily activities, manages staff, and supports the overall success of the store. Responsibilities

• Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Train new staff on food safety, food handling, and restaurant procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
