About The Position
This role is for a Team Lead in SAP Retail Fuel & Network Operations (RFNO). The position involves leading and developing a team of SAP RFNO Consultants, providing coaching in project work, and advising clients on the implementation and enhancement of SAP RFNO solutions. The role requires analyzing and designing processes related to gas station operations, billing, and financial integration, including various operator and contract models (COCO, CODO, DODO). Key responsibilities include managing payment processing, clearing, commissions, inventory management, and POS integration. Collaboration with integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI is expected. The role also involves supporting implementation partners, managing and ensuring the quality of customer projects, and taking overall technical responsibility. Additionally, the position contributes to new consulting approaches, templates, and AI-supported solutions, as well as supporting presales activities and the development of the RFNO consulting portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of SAP consulting experience in RFNO, IS-OIL, or a comparable environment.
- Several years of experience in the gas station, mineral oil, or retail fuel industry.
- Sound knowledge of billing and financial processes (SD, MM, Payment Clearing, Commissions).
- Experience in the conception and implementation of complex SAP landscapes and integration scenarios.
- Confident demeanor towards business departments, IT stakeholders, and management levels.
- Initial experience in technical leadership, leading project teams, or mentoring consultants.
- Interest in modern technologies such as AI, SAP BTP, and Clean Core.

Responsibilities
