About The Position

Serves as the expert resource and lead person within the service area. Works closely with the director/manager to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. May work in various modalities as certification allows. Provides assistance with policies and procedures for department. Schedules colleagues and provides input into evaluations. Performs assigned quality and inventory control duties.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Radiology Technology is required or must have completed an accredited radiology technology program.
• 2 years’ experience in Radiology is required.
• Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)/RQI is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology Technology is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience is preferred.
