About The Position

This is a full-time, 1st shift position for a Team Lead in Production. The role requires a high-energy, pleasant, hard-working individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and prioritizing daily workflow, training, supporting, mentoring, and coaching employees, scheduling routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting machines, and opening/closing the office and warehouse daily. The Team Lead is also responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment for both the production and office teams. There is unlimited growth and bonus potential.

Requirements

Must be high energy, pleasant, hard working, and able to multi-task.
Position is fast paced and demands 'think on your feet' type of mentality.
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Plan, forecast, and prioritize work flow for Production Team daily.
Train, support, mentor, and coach employees to provide a pleasant and positive work environment.
Schedule routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot machines as needed.
Open and close office and warehouse daily.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment for production team and office team.
