We’re looking for a Production Team Lead at the American Axle Subiaco location to help drive performance, support the team, and keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Clear communication and solid people skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Comfort using systems like Plex, MS Office, and Workday
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prefer 2-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

• Lead and support daily production activities
• Keep the team on track with safety, quality, and efficiency goals
• Communicate clearly across shifts and departments
• Help solve problems as they arise on the floor
