About The Position

IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc., is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to fill the role of Team Lead in the Production/Assembly department. This role supports the production line process by providing hands-on daily direction and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to professionally and effectively communicate verbally and in writing

• Demonstrates ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with our without assistance.
• Demonstrates ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel consistently throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Supports the production line process by providing hands-on daily direction and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Maintains high quality control standards in the production process.
• Measures and tracks process efficiencies.
• Supports the Production Manager with improvements and standardization activities.
• Provides support to other departments such as shipping, receiving and warehouse.
• Trains employees to the expectations regarding the correct processes, procedures, quality standards, and throughput.
• Works alongside the team using hand tools and small power tools to assemble and package product.
