About The Position

The Team Lead, Pharmacy Production Floor assists the Assistant Manager and Manager with day-to-day operations, including answering staff questions, supporting workflow on the production floor, and restocking supplies. The role has supervisory responsibilities over technicians and pharmacists and requires flexibility to support production workflow based on business demands. SelectRX is a specialized medication management pharmacy that uses a technology-driven, high-touch approach to support patient engagement, prescription adherence, and medication packing and distribution.

Requirements

One year of experience in a production setting or a similar SRx role, with approval.
Meet minimum productivity standards in the current SRx role.
Not be on a performance improvement plan, corrective action, or quality improvement program.
Active Kansas Pharmacy Technician Registration.
Active national Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Efficient and accurate typing skills.
Ability to develop partnerships with teams within the department and across the company.
Ability to use multiple software programs to review patient profiles and process medication orders.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager with day-to-day operations.
Answer staff questions and support workflow on the production floor.
Restock supplies.
Be trained in all areas of production—Rx Safe, VMI, Countmate, PASS, MFILL, and Shipping—or be willing to receive training in those areas.
Address floor issues raised by associates and refer major questions to the Assistant Manager or Manager as appropriate.
Run the floor by moving totes between production areas.
Move prescriptions waiting to ship to Shipping to maintain an ample workload for shippers.
Collect totes from Shipping and restock totes at MFILL and PV2 Pharmacists.
Adjust workflow participation to meet business demands.
Help with assignments and movements as needed.
Supervise technicians and pharmacists.
