The Team Lead, Operations reports to the CSO and is responsible for ensuring the systems, tools, and operational processes that support the business run smoothly and continue to evolve with growth. This role supports the internal infrastructure, oversees operational workflows, coordinates the technology stack and security practices, and supports the systems and tools for delivery teams. Working within a small team, the Team Lead will implement process improvements, support the rollout and optimization of new tools, and advance operational initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys structuring team work, improving processes through automation, and owning operational systems in a growing company. This is an existing vacancy working remotely within Canada in the Eastern timezone.
