About The Position

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system dedicated to improving lives through comprehensive care. This role provides clinical services, including evaluation and psychotherapy for all ages, and offers clinical and administrative oversight to a team of bachelor's and master's level staff. The Team Lead, under the direction of the Manager, supervises and guides the team in delivering evidence-based treatment ethically, focusing on the whole person. This position also monitors productivity and budget requirements.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
2+ years of experience in the mental health field as a direct provider of services required.
Clinical License Required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC)
Basic computer literacy required
Skills in utilizing an electronic medical record
Knowledge of community resources

Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license.
Completes all required assessments and reassessments on time.
Maintains timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with Organization policies and completes clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided.
Complies with Performance Management review timelines for all direct reports.
Tracks and monitors productivity expectations for team and follow up appropriately for team success.
Monitors and maintains budget requirements.
Recruits, trains and supervises staff within the expectations of Centerstone’s policies and procedures.
Maintains effective relationships with Community referral sources.
