About The Position

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a Team Lead Licensed Therapist for its CCBHC program. This role involves providing clinical services, including evaluation and psychotherapy for all ages, and offering clinical and administrative oversight to a team of bachelor's and master's level staff. The Team Lead will provide supervision and direction in evidence-based treatment, focusing on the whole person, and will monitor productivity and budget requirements.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
2+ years of experience in the mental health field as a direct provider of services required.
Clinical License Required (LCSW, LMFT, LCAC, LMHC)
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
Basic computer literacy required
Skills in utilizing an electronic medical record
Knowledge of community resources

Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides direct client care using best practices within scope of degree and license.
Completes all required assessments and reassessments on time.
Maintains timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with Organization polices and completes clinical documentation within one business day of the service provided.
Complies with Performance Management review timelines for all direct reports.
Tracks and monitors productivity expectations for team and follow up appropriately for team success.
Monitors and maintains budget requirements.
Recruits, trains and supervises staff within the expectations of Centerstone’s policies and procedures.
Maintains effective relationships with Community referral sources.
