The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating work activities, and supporting a team of warehouse employees to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material flow. This role serves as a working lead, balancing hands-on execution with team guidance, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requires minimum of 8 years of experience

- Shipping and receiving process optimization
- Prior experience serving as a team lead or informal leader in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience coordinating daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Experience supporting inventory control activities such as cycle counting and reconciliation
- Ability to train or mentor warehouse associates on standard work and safety practices
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in fast‑paced distribution or manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Leads warehouse team work process, picking and replenishing materials, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Prioritizes use of operators according to build schedule.
- Communicates process issues and provides status updates to team supervisor.
- Coaches operators/assemblers on production and problem solving skills, performing technical review and machinery setup/breakdown as needed.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements where applicable
- Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective action activities
- Identify and report safety, quality, or compliance risks
