The PCC Team Lead is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day implementation of manufacturing activities in our PCC production area, ensuring associates are operating safely in meeting our quality standards and delivering on time. This position reports to the Supervisor and is part of the PCC Department located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 7+ years’ experience.
  • Possess a high sense of urgency, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to explain information, while using tools such as personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Continuous improvement with participation on a kaizen project team is desirable.
  • Demonstrated success carrying out leading day-to-day activities and organizational agility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily management, making the news while meeting our business metrics.
  • Take initiative and make decisions within the limits of delegated approval authority, keeping management informed of developments as they occur.
