About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking a Team Lead-Information Services to oversee the day-to-day functions of a team and provide advice and guidance. The role ensures successful execution of individual and team assignments, coaches and mentors team members, helps distribute work, and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality. The Team Lead develops strategies to help the team reach its goals and serves as a link between leaders and individual contributors by providing performance feedback and keeping projects on track while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

The position is accountable for highly reliable, secure, and scalable systems in a 24/7 care environment. The successful candidate will anticipate organizational needs and foster innovation in care delivery. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and reports to the Manager-Information Services. It has no direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8–10 years of experience with IS systems or other leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise systems in a complex environment.

• Knowledge of applications and supporting technology.
