About The Position
We offer complete digital solutions for all types of contents claims, from support services to tools like our own valuation platform, Exclaim. Please note: This is not an insurance Adjuster role. While edjuster is a division of Crawford & Company—Canada’s largest network of independent adjusters—the Content Claims Specialist position supports the content portion of a claim. A contents claim is a claim for the loss or damage of personal belongings, and are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils. We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead-In House to join our Edjuster team remotely in Canada. The successful candidate will assist and provide support to the In-House Supervisor ensuring and maintaining the efficient flow of the processing of claims. This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.
