Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• 2-year degree preferred, not required.
• Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion.
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Leadership or team lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of direct support staff
• Help maintain a structured, positive home environment
• Support individuals in building life skills and independence
• Participate in community activities and outings
• Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently
• Model strong communication, accountability, and leadership
