Team Lead-Environmental Services-EOC
About The Position
Join Southcoast Health, a not-for-profit, charitable, health system with multiple hospitals, clinics and facilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Environmental Services-EOC to provide high quality and responsive support services. This person will partner with support service leadership to ensure collaborating and coordination of the frontline teams to provide the highest level of service for Southcoast's patients, employees, and visitors. Individuals will perform diversified duties involving the immediate direction and supervision of assigned personnel and activities including responsibility for assuring high standards and completion of assigned work. Responsible for daily EVS program of the regional facilities to ensure all areas are cleaned accordingly per the Southcoast EVS program and infection control guidelines. This position will also provide oversight and supervision of the Central Region off-site locations. Responsibility includes supporting Southcoast off-site employees and locations as well as Central Region contracted vendors.
Requirements
- Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent of five (5) years of Environmental Services experience required.
- Three (3) years' experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
