About The Position

This is a full-time, non-safety sensitive position for a Team Lead Delivery Processing in Oklahoma City. The role involves overseeing the delivery processing staff, managing daily tasks, preparing and dispatching delivery tickets, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude when working with customers.
• Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to staff.
• Prepare delivery tickets and note comments.
• Address credit hold issues on tickets with management.
• Dispatch drivers and invoice tickets as stops are called in.
• Upload same-day deliveries for the warehouse.
• Run special orders report and make necessary calls.
• Launch pick lists for the warehouse.
• Oversee Delivery Processing staff in the absence of the Corp. Delv Process. Mgr.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
