About The Position

Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Team Lead, Customs is responsible for managing the brokerage team, ensuring the appropriate and efficient delivery of customs services to Delmar clients, as well as ensuring company goals and targets are met. The candidate will be managing and participating in the development of customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing client queries, maintaining positive relationships with them as well as with relevant government authorities.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Nice To Haves

• 5-8 years of experience in the customs brokerage industry at a supervisory or management level
• College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field
• CCS, CTCS, LCB designations
• Experience in CargoWise One system or related brokerage systems
