The Team Lead actively supports team success by providing real-time coaching, monitoring calls, and intervening when necessary to assist with closing sales or enhancing the customer experience. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining performance tracking tools, reporting metrics, and ensuring adherence to company standards and values.
