About The Position

This role involves coaching and developing front-line Vacation Advisors through side-by-side and recorded call monitoring. The supervisor will track attendance, schedule adherence, and sales performance at the team member level. Additionally, they will collaborate with other departments to ensure all package sales comply with sales guidelines. Supportive functions may include following up on system issues with TDI, verifying room and tour availability, confirming QA processes, and handling PTO and schedule exception requests for team members, with the specific allocation of time determined by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Supervisor experience
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to monitor calls and track performance metrics
  • Knowledge of sales guidelines
  • Familiarity with system issues and QA processes
  • Ability to handle PTO and schedule exceptions
