About The Position

As a Brokerage Operations Team Lead in Treasury's Cash Management Services division, you will support timely and accurate processing of money movement transactions while adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on transaction investigations and exceptions, client service, procedure documentation, operational improvement, and performance monitoring.

The Operations and Services Group (OSG) Treasury – Cash Management Services division provides money movement services supporting the firm's lines of business. It is responsible for secure, accurate, and timely movement of funds, with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance, and client experience.

The team supports end-to-end processing and servicing of ACH, wire transfers, checks, returns, and Bill Pay. Its work includes transaction processing, wire posting, investigations, exception management, settlement, and reconciliations. The team works with Client Experience, Risk, Product, Compliance, Technology, and Fraud partners to deliver service and maintain a strong control environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in payment operations and/or business analysis.
• Knowledge of electronic payments processing, including wire, ACH, and/or check clearing.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, including willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with associates.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• FINRA Series 99 required; may be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wire, ACH, and check investigations.
• Review and approve money movement exceptions.
• Process client requests accurately and promptly to deliver extraordinary service.
• Review and document procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve money movement efficiency, quality, and workflow scalability.
• Analyze productivity metrics and daily operational reports to monitor performance trends.
