About The Position

SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Bentonville office as a Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. This role bridges the gap between architectural design, entitlement processes, and detailed specification writing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, good computer skills, and can work independently and/or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing various support services to architectural teams.
  • Entitlement Processing- Research and interpret zoning ordinances, codes, and other regulatory frameworks to guide project feasibility and compliance.
  • Architectural Specification Writing- Develop detailed architectural specifications to communicate design intent, materials, and construction standards to stakeholders and contractors.
  • Documentation and Reporting- Prepare and manage documentation required for both entitlement processes and specification development.
  • Managing schedules; tracking contracts, submittits and requests-for-information; typing change orders; project uploads; and other tasks as assigned.
