About The Position

Reporting to the course instructor, the general duties and responsibilities of this position are to provide support in the following ways: Marking assignments and providing feedback on student work (including the flagging of suspected cases of academic dishonesty, which should be brought to the attention of the course instructor), Liaising regularly with the course instructor to monitor and discuss the work and progress of students registered in GPS 960, Responding in a timely manner to emails from the course instructor and GPS 960 students, Utilizing educational technologies such as Canvas and other such tools to facilitate and enhance student learning. Your general location of work will be remote and you will report to Nazreen Beaulieu.

  • Registered as a full-time graduate student
  • Demonstrate a commitment to and an understanding of ethical standards in teaching and professional practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to applicants who have completed GPS 960: Introduction to Ethics and Integrity.
  • The successful applicant must be prepared to familiarize themselves with the new content by completing the 2026 version of GPS 960 prior to the start of the Fall 2026 term.
