About The Position

The Teaching Assistant role for GE 210 Probability and Statistics in the College of Engineering involves supporting the course instructor with various academic and administrative duties. The position requires a strong understanding of probability and statistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the course supervisor.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD student in good standing actively enrolled in the College of Engineering
  • Strong English language, oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with specific equipment used in laboratory (if applicable)
  • Completion of the University of Saskatchewan Laboratory Safety and WHMIS training courses
  • Must be a current, registered student to be considered

  • Prior experience as an instructor or teaching assistant at the University of Saskatchewan
  • Coursework, research, or industrial experience that is relevant to this course
