About The Position
The Department of Pharmacology & Therapeutics is seeking Teaching Assistants for PHAR 200: Introduction to Pharmacology 1. This role involves attending class meetings, setting up and invigilating exams, marking midterm and final exam short answer questions, and reviewing exams with students as needed. The position is for graduate students at the Master's or Doctoral level at McGill University. The hourly rate is $37.34, effective August 2026. Requirements
- Graduate Student at the Master’s or Doctoral level, at McGill University.
- Successfully passed PHAR 562 and PHAR 563 or the equivalent.
- Sufficient command of English to be able to help international students.
- Very good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in marking the midterm and final short answer questions.
- English spoken and written.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
Responsibilities
