About The Position
This job advertisement is to fill an existing vacancy for a Teaching Assistant position in ECON 1P91 - PRINCIPLES OF MICROECONOMICS for the Fall D2 term. The position is part of the CUPE4207-1 (Employee Group). Requirements
- Achieved a minimum of 80% in the course
- At least a fourth-year student currently enrolled in an honours program offered by the Department of Economics and in good academic standing or have already completed an equivalent degree
- Effective communication skills including the ability to explain subject material to students
- Punctual in attending classes and regular in-person meetings on campus during normal working hours
- Able to meet appropriate deadlines
- Applicants are asked to review the current timetable for the position they are applying for and clearly indicate in their cover letter which scheduled times they are NOT available for. Failing to do so will render their application incomplete.
