About The Position

This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the course LLCU 301 - Topics in Culture and Thought for the Fall 2026 term. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for grading students' written work, managing students and responding to questions during small group discussions and projects, holding office hours, responding to student emails, managing the MyCourses page, and entering grades. Other related activities for the course may also be assigned. This position is only available to McGill registered graduate students in an MA or PhD degree program for the Fall 2026 term. Requirements

  • Student registered at McGill University in an MA or PhD degree program in the Fall 2026 term
  • Registered graduate student in Hispanic Studies
  • Must be familiar with Latin American cinema or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English

Benefits

  • Hourly Salary: $38.46 (effective in August 2026)
