About The Position
The teacher’s aide provides support to classroom teachers. They assist with a variety of functions, including implementing instructional programs, assessing student performance and other tasks as needed by the instructor.
Requirements
- Support classroom teachers.
- Assist with implementing instructional programs.
- Assist with assessing student performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child.
- Work with children in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
- Communicate with parents and keep them informed about their child’s development and any changes to the regular day-to-day schedule.
- Perform other related duties
