About The Position

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher for the SEED School. The ideal candidate will be able to design a classroom environment that generates joyful learning. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as patience, creativity, optimism, resilience, and adaptability. The teacher must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with various school constituents and possess proficient technology skills. A strong understanding of educational best practices for teaching early childhood school children is essential.

• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to teaching the courses assigned.
• Ability to advise, instruct, manage, motivate, and evaluate students.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately integrate technology into the teaching and learning process.
• Ability to successfully interact professionally with students, colleagues, educational institution representatives, and the general public.
• Ability to work collaboratively in course design and to teach interdisciplinary and topical courses.
