About The Position

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher for their SEED School. The ideal candidate will be able to design a classroom environment that generates joyful learning and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Patience, creativity, optimism, resilience, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role. The teacher must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with various school constituents and possess proficient technology skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. A strong understanding of educational best practices for teaching early childhood school children is required.

  • Ability to successfully interact professionally with students, colleagues, educational institution representatives, and the general public.
