About The Position

Brock University is seeking a Teaching Assistant for WGST 2P98 Sexuality Studies: Foundations for the Fall D2 term. This position is within the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. The role involves scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom duties such as preparing seminar material, student consultation, marking, grading, examination proctoring, attending lectures, holding office hours, and other course administration. The course may be delivered virtually online and/or face-to-face, and the candidate must be able to deliver material in either format. Requirements

• A completed BA is required.
• Substantial, demonstrable training in women’s and/or gender studies.
• Minimum 80% (GPA) in Women’s and/or Gender Studies courses.
• Knowledge of the course subject matter is required.
• Ability to perform the various duties of the position.
• Must be dependable and have strong time management skills.
• Must be able to deliver course material virtually online and/or face to face.
