About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the CHM2132A section of Physical Chemistry for the Life Sciences course during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves giving tutorials, preparing them, proctoring midterm and final exams, and grading. The total work hours for this position are 65.
Requirements
- Candidate must have 1 full year of general chemistry
- Candidate must have 1 full year of organic chemistry
- Candidate must have CHM 2131 or CHM 2132 or their equivalents
- Successful completion of WHIMIS and Occupational Health and Safety workshops
- All those who are not a Chemistry graduate student will be required to write a test to qualify (unless already done in previous semester)
