About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the Inclusive and Special Education course (EDU5113, Section DA00/DA10) during the 2026 Spring/Summer Semester at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Education. The contract is for 65 hours, with tasks to be determined in collaboration with the supervising professor, Tya Collins. The position is classified under CUPE 2626. Requirements

  • 65hr contract
  • Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.
  • All University of Ottawa employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

  • The hiring process will be governed by the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement.
