About The Position

This position provides teaching assistant support for the course supervisor, including student consultation, marking, and proctoring. Specific allocation of hours and other duties will be determined by the supervisor. The teaching method will be delivered in person, though this may change due to health measures or other reasons. All University of Ottawa employees are required to complete mandatory legislated training. The hiring process will be governed by the CUPE 2626 collective agreement. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge in solid mechanics
  • Background in biomedical research
  • Proficiency in basic statistics

  • Availability to proctor the final exam
