About The Position
This position is for a Teaching Assistant for the Quantitative Methods in Psychology II course (PSY2116 Section E01) during the Winter 2027 semester. The role involves supporting the instructor with various tasks related to the course, including training, preparation, student contact, marking, grading, and proctoring exams. The assistant will also be responsible for weekly laboratories or tutorials, which will be offered in person. TAs are expected to be available during the scheduled lab time on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The total work hours for this position are 130.
Requirements
- Honours Baccalaureate in Psychology or its equivalent.
- Current enrolment in a graduate program in Psychology.
- Availability during scheduled lab times (Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM).
Responsibilities
- Training, preparation, contact, marking, and grading of students.
- Proctoring all exams.
