About The Position

This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor position for BIO 2129 (Ecology) during the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves supporting the course, which includes in-person labs every two weeks. Requirements

• Successful completion of BIO2129 or course equivalent(s).
• Successful completion of WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety workshops.
• Must be physically present from the beginning to the end of the semester for in-person labs.
• Must attend in-person TA meetings.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory legislated training offered by the University.

Responsibilities

• Preparation: 10 hours
• Contact with Students: 45 hours
• Grading: 68 hours
• Proctoring: 7 hours
