About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor position for the BIO3526 General Microbiology Laboratory course during the Fall 2026 semester. Requirements
- Successful completion of BIO3526 or equivalent course(s).
- Successful completion of WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) workshops.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of laboratory materials and sessions.
- Providing contact and assistance to students during laboratory sessions.
- Grading and providing feedback on student work.
- Proctoring examinations or assessments.
- Completing mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law and the University.
