About The Position
This posting is for a Teaching Assistant (TA) position for the Quantitative Methods course (CMN3102-C00) during the 2026 Fall Semester. The position is with the Department of Communication_Students and Casuals within the Faculty of Arts. The TA will be responsible for a combination of duties as per Article 4.3.1 of the CUPE 2626 collective agreement, which may include correcting assignments, attending lectures (in class and/or online), consulting with students (in person and/or online), and proctoring. The total work hours for this position are 60, with a work start date of September 01, 2026, and an end date of December 31, 2026. The hourly rate will be $33.83 for undergraduate students or $53.31 for graduate students (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027), excluding vacation and statutory pay. The language of work is English. The number of positions and hours may vary based on enrollment. The teaching mode is in person.

- Baccalaureate in Communication or related field.
- Available on Thursdays from 11:30AM to 12:50PM
