About The Position

Teachers at KinderCare Learning Center at Piscataway implement KinderCare’s curriculum in ways that reflect each child’s unique needs and create safe, nurturing classrooms where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide quality care and education, collaborate with center staff and leadership to support center goals, and build positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
Have CPR and First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain it.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
Be able to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Be physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
Be able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with them.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
