About The Position

Teachers at KinderCare implement the company’s curriculum in ways that meet each child’s unique needs and create safe, nurturing environments where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide quality care and education and work with center staff and leadership to support goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Teachers also build positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners. Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or be willing to obtain them.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Be physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
Be able to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
