About The Position

This is more than just a daycare job. It’s a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day. Teachers at the child care center inspire children to become lifelong learners. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of each child in their classroom; observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate with families; complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and child development; and implement the company’s proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive learning experiences. The role requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess children, plan for their needs, and communicate effectively with families.
