About The Position

Teachers at Crème de la Crème implement KinderCare’s curriculum to meet each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. They partner with parents to provide quality care and education, work with center staff and leadership toward goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, and build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• Have outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Be able to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain it.
• Be physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Be able to assume low-level postures for physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
