About The Position

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher - Floater to support a warm, dynamic early childhood education team. The role helps create a joyful, nurturing environment for young learners, with a particular focus on infants and their growth. The floater works during business hours and supports classrooms as needed, partnering with educators and families to foster a positive, engaging learning space. The position is based in Chapin, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and work with the team to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
• Follow children’s interests, keep them safe, and extend their play through language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule with quiet and active periods, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine- and gross-motor experiences.
