About The Position

The Teacher - Floater will help create a warm, engaging, and safe environment for infants and support their learning and development. Working with the education team, the teacher will deliver stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum, respond to children’s interests and cues, and share daily milestones with parents. The role requires flexibility to work during business hours and meeting state preschool teacher requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Meet all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Be flexible and available during business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the team to create a warm, engaging environment where infants can thrive.
• Capture and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum.
• Respond to each child’s interests and cues, support their safety, and enrich play with language, toys, and engaging activities.
• Serve as a role model for young children.
